Position Overview:

The Residential Manager is essential in safeguarding the welfare of our residents. In collaboration with our dedicated team, you will manage the everyday functions of the program, oversee staff, and execute personalized treatment strategies for the youth entrusted to our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee program personnel and guarantee the safety and well-being of residents
  • Work in partnership with the management team to foster a nurturing atmosphere for LGBTQ+ youth
  • Design and implement daily activities and group sessions for residents
  • Evaluate the residential program and adhere to Trauma Systems Therapy principles
  • Ensure adherence to agency and state regulations, along with necessary training
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field
  • A minimum of two years in a supervisory role
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication abilities and cultural awareness
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
