Seasonal Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Cashier to join our team at Williams-Sonoma Mayfair Mall. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions and sales.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
