Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

DaVita is a clinical leader in the dialysis industry, with a strong commitment to providing quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting.
Job SummaryThis is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. As a Registered Nurse with DaVita, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of clinical goals and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of evidence-based practices
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and DaVita's standards of care
- Associate's degree in nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Experience in nephrology or dialysis nursing is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
