Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's level therapist to join our team as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling services to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
- Master's degree in social work or counseling
- Relevant state licensure (LMSW or LPC)
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
- Experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
- Ability to work evenings
