Job Title: Outpatient Therapist

Westpark Springs is a 72-bed behavioral hospital located in Richmond, Texas, offering inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents, and their families.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Master's level therapist with child and adolescent experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients, be willing to work evenings, and have experience with group and individual counseling.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies, including group, individual, and family therapy, for patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care.
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in social work or counseling and relevant state licensure required (LMSW or LPC).
  • State licensure per state requirements.
  • CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment.
