As a key member of our inspection team, you will be responsible for conducting building code inspections and/or plans review in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct building code inspections and/or plans review to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Prepare and issue written and electronic reports, and notices of correction as needed.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on code and/or quality control regulations or requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve unique problems or situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain effective customer service relationships with clients and the public.
  • Collaborate with the inspection management team to drive business development and growth.

Requirements

  • State of Florida commercial building inspection license (BN#) in mechanical and electrical disciplines.
  • Building, plumbing, and 1&2 Family inspection licenses are highly desirable.
  • At least 3 years of experience performing mechanical plan review and/or inspections.
  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Valid State Driver's license with a clean driving record.
