Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Anaerobic Digestion Facility Supervisor to join our team at our Perris, CA facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our anaerobic digestion facility, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate and maintain a variety of equipment including pumps, valves, motors, and SCADA control systems.
  • Monitor and Analyze Data: Review and reconcile daily plant operational data sheets, making operational decisions based on analysis of analytical and operational data.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Ensure facility safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless facility operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by college-level coursework in biology, chemistry, engineering, and/or wastewater treatment technology.
  • Experience: Three years of progressively responsible experience in plant operations, preferably in anaerobic digestion facilities.
  • Skills: Advanced principles and methods for operating pumps, valves, electric motors, diesel engines, and SCADA control systems; operational principles of anaerobic digestion systems; basic practices and procedures of chemical and biological analysis.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $28.10 - $35.12 hourly, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with a generous company match, and an employee discount program.
