Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations management. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in logistics industry, staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills is preferred.
