Maine Medical Center is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to oversee the hospital's weekend operations. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources and directing patient care during this critical period.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. You will be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes excellence in healthcare delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric nursing, with at least five years of relevant experience. A bachelor's degree in nursing is required, and a BSN is preferred. Additionally, the successful candidate must hold a current state license as a Registered Professional Nurse and maintain current BLS certification or obtain it within 30 days of hire.

This position comes with an estimated salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, you may also be eligible for the Weekend Program Premium of $5 per hour, which includes working 7 out of 8 weekends. This premium provides an excellent opportunity to increase your earnings while enjoying a more predictable schedule.
