Description:

Lindsay Precast Master is seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to produce precast products efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate construction.
  • Pour and finish concrete in forms according to quality control standards.
  • Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
  • Assist during the concrete pouring process.
  • Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
  • Perform site clean-up.
  • Setup and preparation of concrete forms.
  • Pour and finish concrete according to specifications.
  • Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete.
  • Assist in the installation of rebar and mesh reinforcement.
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Work Environment:

Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures.

Work near moving machinery and equipment.

Requirements:
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling 35-50 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to work in an industrial plant environment.
  • Physically capable of heavy concrete construction for a sustained period of 8-10 hours per day.
Schedule:

Full-Time

Monday through Friday, with some overtime work required including some Saturdays.

Pre-Employment Screening:

Candidates who are identified and selected for a position are required to complete and pass a drug screen to be considered for employment.
