Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support business operations, and facilitate efficient maintenance of accurate records for Equipped For Life. Your role will involve direct interaction with patients, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a prompt, pleasant, and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service - Respond to incoming calls, provide information, and greet visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Patient Registration - Accurately register patients, verify payer sources, and ensure timely billing.
  • Account Management - Ensure all accounts are billed on time, reports are completed, and unpaid claims are followed up on.
  • Reporting - Provide timely key statistics to management on compliance, sales, revenue, cash, and patient flow.
  • Insurance Pre-Authorization - Process, enter, validate, and reconcile visit activity and supplies for accurate billing.
  • Financial Management - Post payments daily and reconcile deposits.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent, or post-high school diploma.
  • 3 years of customer service experience.
