Children's Health Nurse

Banner Health is seeking a skilled Children's Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our pediatric care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines to provide the best possible care.
- A current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- At least one year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in pediatrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
