Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the Gordon Enterprises team, you will be expected to:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, warmly welcoming each guest into the store.
  • Utilize established follow-up techniques with customers.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels throughout the store, including shelves, counters, and display areas, while promptly notifying management of low stock.
  • Label merchandise accurately with SKUs, prices, and locations.
  • Blend and package products as required.
  • Assist customers in locating requested merchandise, addressing inquiries about product information, pricing, and usage, while building rapport to encourage repeat visits.
  • Maintain comprehensive and current product knowledge to effectively promote items through reading relevant materials and participating in training sessions.
  • Adhere to operational standards and procedures related to daily store functions.
  • Notify management of low product inventory levels.
  • Contribute to maintaining the store's appearance through daily tasks.
