About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse General Worker I to join our team at AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and contribute to the success of our global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload cartons/boxes of merchandise, materials, and product onto or off of trailers/trucks, requiring the ability to lift cartons overhead and spend majority of working hours lifting up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis.
  • Determine where cartons need to be sorted and placed, and stack cartons/boxes onto pallets.
  • Maintain and verify documentation to facilitate the flow of merchandise onto trailers/trucks.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations of AIT.
  • Identify and remove defective products.
  • Put freight away in designated areas.
Requirements
  • High School GED or work equivalent preferred.
  • Reading and writing English, knowledge of airport codes, destinations, and basic geography knowledge (medium proficiency).
  • Typing skills/data entry skills (low proficiency).
  • Participates in safety policies, activities, and implementations (medium proficiency).
  • Specialized computer knowledge (low proficiency).
