Position Summary:
As a Senior Consultant within the Talent Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert guidance on human resources best practices. Your contributions will support the university in meeting its strategic objectives and enhancing workforce effectiveness. This role demands a high degree of integrity and independence, as you will engage in policy formulation and program development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert consultation to leadership and stakeholders to develop tailored solutions addressing workforce challenges.
  • Conduct thorough workforce planning analyses to identify gaps between current capabilities and future needs, formulating strategies for mitigation.
  • Collaborate with Operations Leaders, Finance, and HR Business Partners to ascertain workforce requirements regarding headcount, budget, and skills.
  • Lead significant reorganization initiatives, benchmarking, job analyses, and service-level agreements with various departments.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and practices related to workforce planning, assessing their implications for the organization.
