About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Duininck in Spicer, MN. As a key member of our construction fleet maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs on heavy to medium-sized construction equipment. You will also collaborate with supervisors and peers to discuss and resolve equipment-related problems.

A strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting capabilities, and adherence to safety regulations are essential qualities for this position. If you have prior experience working on heavy equipment, particularly asphalt plant equipment, that's a definite plus

We offer a competitive salary range of $30 to $40 per hour, paid time off, a yearly tool allowance of $1000, lost tool reimbursement program, and more. Travel is required within Central and Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and Eastern Dakotas.
