Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our State Farm agency, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them manage the risks of everyday life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve our agency's goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
