Job Title: Director, E-commerce Merchandising

About the Role:

Favor Delivery is seeking a seasoned E-commerce Merchandising Director to lead our Merchandising team and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive merchandising strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a merchandising strategy that drives revenue growth, improves customer conversion, and enhances the overall customer experience.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of promotions, seasonal campaigns, and related product launches, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing and sales strategies.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and optimize product assortment to drive orders and profitability.
  • Partner with the Integrated Marketing team to develop and align marketing campaigns with merchandising efforts to acquire new customers, retain existing customers, and drive category and merchant adoption.
  • Lead a team of merchandising professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive excellence and achieve department goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the merchandising team, promoting a positive work environment and a passion for excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, merchandising, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing merchandising strategies in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices, with proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools and systems.
