About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. This role will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination with other disciplines.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in OB/GYN and women's health, including gyn-surgery.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
