We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. This role will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination with other disciplines.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders in a timely manner.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in OB/GYN and women's health, including gyn-surgery.
- Leadership experience preferred.
