Smithe Champion Envelope Convertor to produce high-quality finished products that meet customer and company specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate the F.L. Smithe Champion Envelope Convertor to produce quality finished products.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and quantity requirements, and make adjustments as needed to maintain specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine problems, and notify the Floor Supervisor if necessary.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and lubrication on the machine to ensure optimal performance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and maintenance activities.
- Experience: Six months to one year of experience working with an F.L. Smithe Champion Envelope Convertor.
- Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine problems, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Health and Life Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, disability, and flexible spending accounts for health care and dependent care.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan: Semi-annual open enrollment, discretionary employer match, and immediate vesting.
