Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Envelope Production Specialist to join our Bindery Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, adjustment, and safe operation of the F.L. Smithe Champion Envelope Convertor to produce high-quality finished products that meet customer and company specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate the F.L. Smithe Champion Envelope Convertor to produce quality finished products.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and quantity requirements, and make adjustments as needed to maintain specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine problems, and notify the Floor Supervisor if necessary.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and lubrication on the machine to ensure optimal performance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Six months to one year of experience working with an F.L. Smithe Champion Envelope Convertor.
  • Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine problems, and maintain accurate records.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
