Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Sonographer to join our team at Salem Hospital, Inc. in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures with a high level of competence and minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound procedures with a high level of competence and minimal supervision.
  • Assume responsibility for designated areas, procedures, and students as assigned.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as required.
Requirements
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with others.
  • Organizational skills to work efficiently and independently.
  • Prefer a minimum of one year of experience as a sonographer.
  • Required satisfactory completion of formal Ultrasound Training program.
  • Registration or registration eligible by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) (RDMS) or equivalent and must be certified within 12 months of hire or equivalent.
