Job Overview:
We are excited to announce an opening for a Laboratory Technologist II within our Cell Therapy division in Laboratory Medicine.

Role Responsibilities:
Conduct technical tasks in laboratory sections with minimal oversight, as designated.

Maintain comprehensive, precise, clear, organized, and current records/logs/files.

Ensure the accuracy of all tests conducted by adhering to the laboratory's Standard Operating Procedures. Perform routine and advanced maintenance on equipment.

Comply with all relevant laboratory, departmental, and institutional policies and procedures related to billing.

Engage in and advocate for the prevention, identification, and resolution of instances of noncompliance with departmental and institutional billing policies and procedures.

Ensure data consistency and adherence to quality control guidelines.

Provide guidance, training, and feedback on standard laboratory procedures, as assigned.

Essential Skills:

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or Clinical Laboratory Sciences is required.

Current New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License is required.

Two years of experience in Cell Therapy within a laboratory setting is strongly preferred.

ASCP certification is required.

Additional Information:

Location:

Flexibility to work at multiple sites is necessary.

Shifts: 9AM-5PM or 11AM-7PM

Compensation Range:
$107,000-$124,000

$10,000 signing bonus for new hires
