Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Manor of Kenosha. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, and polish floors; vacuum carpets; clean restrooms; wash windows and walls; move and arrange furniture and equipment; pick up outside refuse.
  • Appearance and Attitude: Dress in appropriate uniform and be at appointed workstation promptly when the shift starts and work consistently until the shift ends.
  • Communication: Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
  • Safety and Cooperation: Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to facility safety program at all times; work in cooperation with all other employees to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
