We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
