Job Summary

We are seeking CNC Tooling Technicians to join our team in a new re-designed cell that will support one of our biggest customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for replacing tooling and occasionally operating it.

Responsibilities
  • Replace tooling, troubleshoot jobs, and repeat jobs to validate quality, cycle times, tooling used, and tool life.
  • Serve as liaison with scheduling and manufacturing to optimize the utilization of the tooling.
  • Train CNC Set-up Group Leaders and Operators when needed.
  • Perform machine capability and alignment studies.
  • Assist in machine guarding and adherence to established safety rules for the CNCs and ergonomic principles.
  • Learn about new developments and breakthroughs in processes, tooling, and inspection procedures.
