Your Role

As a Facility Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our work environment. Your duties will include sanitizing, cleaning, and restocking various areas of the facility. We offer opportunities for career advancement for those who demonstrate dedication and initiative.

Key Responsibilities (Percentage of Time)

• Maintain cleanliness in offices, restrooms, break rooms, and production areas (40%)
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the facility (30%)
• Ensure proper floor maintenance, including sweeping and mopping (10%)
• Clean windows and window sills (10%)
• Monitor supply inventory and reorder as necessary (10%)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Three years of relevant experience or training
• Safety certification with 3M Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage tasks independently
