Key Responsibilities:

  • Show enthusiasm for Nike products and services.
  • Learn and demonstrate the fundamentals of various store roles, including service, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • Provide exceptional service and attention to all customers.
  • Assist in executing daily retail operations to ensure premium service and efficient store functioning.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Engage actively in store community events.
  • Exhibit reliability and flexibility by adapting to varied work hours and days as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of store departments and perform various tasks, including operating the cash register, stocking, and cleaning duties.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Effective communication skills are essential.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to perform tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred.
  • Flexible scheduling availability is necessary, including evenings and weekends.
