Job Overview

This role is dedicated to providing exceptional service to each guest by fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, assisting with product choices, and employing suggestive selling techniques. The position emphasizes support for guests in food and beverage as well as retail services. Accurate and timely processing of payment transactions is essential, along with maintaining optimal stock levels on the sales floor to enhance revenue opportunities. The individual will frequently cover shifts in various retail and recreational outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome all guests and deliver outstanding, brand-aligned customer service to enhance their experience.
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding food and beverage offerings, including coffee, pastries, and other selections.
  • Process sales transactions for food, retail, and other products efficiently.
  • Organize displays to highlight featured items effectively.
  • Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and assist with display arrangements.

Qualifications and Experience

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with some experience in cash handling or a similar combination of training and experience. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Essential Skills

  • Exceptional guest relations skills with the ability to address guest inquiries effectively.
  • Capability to work across various functions, including retail and food & beverage, with significant knowledge of relevant products and sales techniques.
  • Proficient in handling payment transactions accurately.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, including precise notation of reservations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
