Job Title: Retail Merchandise Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and ensuring they have a positive experience in our stores.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Support the growth of our business by cross-training in multiple areas of the store and participating in store recovery initiatives.
  • Contribute to the success of our team by maintaining a positive store culture, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and adhering to all labor laws and policies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with the ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Previous retail customer experience preferred, but not required.
