About the Role
In this position, you will foster meaningful connections with our customers by delivering exceptional customer service. Leveraging your expertise in our products, you will educate and inspire customers while promoting our brand values and store offerings. You will effectively execute operational processes to create a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in our brand's selling behaviors and leverage them to provide premium customer experiences.
  • Serve as a role model to achieve store priorities, focusing on customer needs.
  • Support the store leadership team to collaborate effectively with employees and ensure timely task completion.
  • Develop and share expertise in a specialized functional area.
  • Assist in completing work processes before or after store hours, including opening and closing duties.
  • Listen actively and solicit feedback to understand customer needs and provide tailored service.
  • Handle unique or complex customer interactions professionally.

About You:
  • You have successfully completed job readiness training at one of Gap Inc.'s nonprofit partners.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and are proficient in using technology to engage with customers and colleagues.
  • You are a problem solver who is always learning, open to feedback, and takes action when required.
  • You can handle customer interactions and potential issues with courtesy and professionalism.
  • You have the ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of approximately $42,000 - $55,000 per year.
