Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services to students in grades K-6th.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' communication abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to support their academic and social success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, with experience in grades K-6th preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
