Job Description

The Business Development Representative role at Disability Solutions involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This dynamic and challenging role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.

Estimated Salary Range
$60,800 - $70,400 per year

About the Role
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for growing revenue in assigned markets by securing new clients through cold calling, cross-selling, pursuing referrals, and analyzing market data. This individual will also focus on increasing share-of-wallet revenue within existing accounts, foster strong client relationships based on MultiPro's value propositions, trust, and respect, and collaborate with internal departments to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growing revenue in assigned markets by both securing new clients via cold calling, cross selling with other Valet Living entities, pursuing referrals, and analyzing available market data.
  • Actively engaging with clients to evaluate the communities' needs for repair and maintenance work.
  • Fostering strong client relationships based on MultiPro's value propositions, trust, and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure we are exceeding the customers' expectations.
  • Managing and resolving any client issues or complaints.


Education and Experience
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent required; AA degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of strong successful experience in a transactional B2B environment selling services preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • CRM pipeline management experience.
