About the Role

As a Fund Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the NAV (Net Asset Value) department, responsible for the execution of challenging tasks within the guidelines and procedures provided by HedgeServ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile cash and positions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Process income and expense accruals, verifying their accuracy and completeness
  • Verify and process corporate actions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the audit process and financial statement preparation, providing support to the Fund Accounting Manager
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with internal service departments and clients, fostering a client-focused ethos
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, contributing to the development of the team
Requirements
  • Accounting, Economics, Finance, Legal, or Business degree
  • IT literacy with an emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team structure and independently
