We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Floorcovering Sales and Operations Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Floorcovering Sales and Operations Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and operations initiatives

• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

What We Offer

At Sherwin-Williams, we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect to receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or operations, preferably in the floorcovering industry

• Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing sales revenue

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience working in a team-oriented setting, including leadership roles and supervising others

• Previous experience selling floorcovering products and/or working in a retail or customer-facing environment

• Knowledge of CRM systems and timekeeping software

• Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities

• Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate in more than one language
