Job Summary

Vinfen is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Awake Overnight Residential Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our residential group living environment, you will provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions, promoting their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Implement treatment plans and assist individuals with activities of daily living
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the program
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and support staff to achieve treatment goals
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a human services-related discipline preferred
  • Prior experience working in a human services setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to pass a CORI, driving record, employment reference check, and multi-state background check
  • Ability to become CPR and First Aid certified within two weeks of hire and MAP certified within 150 days of hire
