Qualifications:

We are looking for post-bar law clerks who are eager to develop their skills into litigation expertise at our employment class action firm. Ideal candidates will have recently completed the bar exam and possess a strong academic record along with excellent writing abilities. This role provides valuable experience while awaiting bar results, with the potential for a full-time position upon passing the California Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing legal documents
  • Conducting interviews with clients and witnesses
  • Drafting pleadings and motions
  • Managing written discovery processes
  • Preparing meet and confer letters

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively, showcasing strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Effective communication in both oral and written forms is essential. Previous experience in employment class actions is advantageous.
