Cleanroom Operator Job Summary

Moffat Workforce is seeking a skilled Cleanroom Operator to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN. As a Cleanroom Operator, you will be responsible for providing hands-on medical device coating services on schedule, training under the Lead Operator, and working closely with the manufacturing team to timely fill work orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical device coating services on schedule
  • Train under the Lead Operator to learn technical, manufacturing, and communication skills
  • Work closely with the manufacturing team to fill work orders
  • Maintain coating equipment and prepare work surfaces
  • Read, understand, and execute work instructions
  • Inspect pre and post coating parts and devices
  • Report problems to the Lead Operator or Production Supervisor
  • Maintain accurate job and order records
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn production processes
  • Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to stand and walk on level surfaces for a prolonged period
  • Ability to read, understand, and execute work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to collect and record data
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is $19.00 to $20.00. The shift is 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday 4pm-2:30am).
