Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic e-commerce bedding products company. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Business Intelligence team to manage and analyze our pricing strategies across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and 17 other sites. This role is crucial in optimizing our pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with marketplace regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our extensive pricing file, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of updates
  • Analyze pricing data across various e-commerce platforms to identify opportunities for profit maximization
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for pricing updates and analysis
  • Create and maintain complex Excel models for pricing analysis and management
  • Implement and utilize Power BI to create dashboards and reports for pricing insights
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to integrate pricing data into broader company analytics
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to inform pricing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace pricing rules, particularly Amazon's competitive pricing policies
  • Communicate pricing insights and recommendations to relevant departments
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies that align with company goals and market conditions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Three to Five years of experience in pricing analysis or related role, preferably in e-commerce
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, macros, and large dataset management
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex datasets
  • Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Amazon marketplace and its pricing policies
  • Familiarity with other analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake)
  • Understanding of SQL or other database query languages
  • Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry
