Job Description

At Zips Car Wash, we're looking for a talented Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Engage customers while selling and promoting our Unlimited Wash Club.
  • Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.
  • Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests.
  • Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as a keyholder.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Previous car wash industry experience is preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
