Job Summary

This role focuses on providing medical and clinical support services to patients, with a strong emphasis on behavioral evaluation and treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, sociology, or a related human service field, and will be able to work effectively with patients, families, and staff to achieve treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral evaluation services to patients, including assessment and treatment of mental, emotional, and behavioral issues.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary patient treatment team.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as provide supportive education to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with social workers, clinical colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient activities, behavior, and mental status, and participate in treatment planning and goal setting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, or a related human service field.
  • One year of previous direct patient care experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
