Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Culture and Employee Relations Director to facilitate all human resources-related activities for the Company. This role will function as a knowledgeable liaison between the People & Culture Department (Corporate HR) and employees within the assigned location(s).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the People & Culture Department (Corporate HR) to ensure timely completion of key HR deliverables and active participation in HR initiatives.
  • Recruit hourly employees for branch(es), working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide ongoing coaching in areas such as leadership and employee development, career advancement, and employee relations.
  • Foster team collaboration, conflict resolution, and decision-making in local business units.
  • Offer day-to-day coaching and guidance to leadership teams and employees, advising them on company policies, procedures, documentation, and compliance.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and ensure new hire forms are completed and submitted accordingly.
  • Provide benefit information to employees and resolve or escalate related inquiries.
  • Assist the Learning & Engagement Department with scheduling, creating, and delivering required training as Branch Learning Coordinator.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
