  • Answer phone calls in accordance with company standards.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of room service procedures.
  • Stay informed about menu items and current specials across all departments.
  • Handle cashiering duties, including closing checks and completing end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures and side work duties as assigned.
  • Provide information about the hotel, brand standards, and local attractions.
  • Perform additional duties or attend meetings as requested by management.
