Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks with precision, speed, and attention to detail.
- High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet the legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages and successfully complete responsible serving training as mandated.
- Ability to obtain and present a Food Handlers card as required by local regulations.
- Quick decision-making skills to evaluate and choose among various options.
- Capability to manage stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
- Understanding of hospitality products and guest services.
- Exhibits a positive demeanor and eagerness to assist others, including a willingness to learn new skills and support team members.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented manner.
- Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with company standards and scheduling needs.
- Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the designated uniform.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Provide guests with all food and beverage needs in a warm and professional manner, identifying services that could enhance their experience.
- Welcome and seat guests promptly at appropriate tables.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of menus.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables and dining areas as per requests or management directives.
- Keep food and service areas well-stocked, organized, and tidy, completing all side work each shift.
- Accommodate special requests from guests or suggest suitable alternatives.
- Communicate with all departments regarding VIP guests and any special needs.
- Assist in all aspects of food and beverage service, including dishwashing and restocking necessary items.
- Answer phone calls in accordance with company standards.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of room service procedures.
- Stay informed about menu items and current specials across all departments.
- Handle cashiering duties, including closing checks and completing end-of-shift paperwork.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and side work duties as assigned.
- Provide information about the hotel, brand standards, and local attractions.
- Perform additional duties or attend meetings as requested by management.
