Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Worker at School Town of Munster. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our schools, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
  • Assist with custodial duties, including emptying trash, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
