Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teacher and Learning Coordinator to join our team at Kingdom Hearts Enrichment Center. This role involves developing and implementing educational programs, leading a cohesive teaching team, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with national standards and promotes inclusive learning environments
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Plan and execute activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in young children, including outdoor play and movement
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including attendance, lesson plans, and assessment data
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Proven track record of successful teaching, leadership, and collaboration
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • CPR and First Aid certification, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Benefits and Compensation

Competitive salary range: $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
