About the Role

The Child Development Specialist at the Kingdom Hearts Enrichment Center is responsible for ensuring a healthy classroom environment, including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children. You will also supervise teacher assistants and classroom volunteers to ensure they are following planned activities, hygiene, and safety standards.

Your strong understanding of child development and exceptional organizational skills will enable you to maintain accurate records, forms, and files. You will also plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth.
