At Graybar, we are seeking a skilled Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing key accounts and soliciting new business to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits from key accounts
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer needs and requests, and give presentations on new products and services
- Meet or exceed sales and profit budget targets
- Collaborate with the Financial Department to resolve claims and other issues
- 1+ years of related experience required
- 4-year degree preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
