Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Customer Relationships: Utilize the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify current and future financial needs, recommending appropriate solutions using our value proposition.
  • Cross-Sell and Upsell: Focus on acquiring new households and/or deepening existing customer relationships through various activities, including lobby leadership, aisle time, and tele-consulting.
  • Risk Management: Openly exchange ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
  • Professional Representation: Represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication.

This role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). The NMLS web site provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.
