We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Care Infusion team as a Registered Nurse Specialist. The successful candidate will provide professional infusion therapy to patients in a home setting, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver infusion therapy to patients in their homes, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient condition, vital statistics, and prescribed treatments, documenting all relevant information.
- Perform venipuncture, place and maintain IVs or catheters as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on infusion therapy and related care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
- 5-7 years of technical experience and 0-2 years of leadership/management experience, required.
