We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Infusion Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

As an Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting initial nursing assessments and evaluations to qualify patients for appropriateness and safety of home infusion therapy. You will also train patients and/or caregivers in all procedures and equipment, and provide timely and accurate information to ensure complete satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a home infusion nurse, or equivalent experience working in another field-based home nursing organization. IV and PICC certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting initial nursing assessments and evaluations
  • Training patients and/or caregivers
  • Providing timely and accurate information
  • Developing and revising patient plans of care
  • Visiting assigned patients as ordered and documenting patient compliance and tolerance
  • Providing direct patient care as ordered and allowed by state law
  • Assuming on-call responsibility as assigned
  • Coordinating patient care with other homecare agencies as necessary
