- Stay up-to-date with advancements in application engineering and new technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing groups on product development projects.
- Learn from and study experienced Applications Engineers' techniques and work.
- Remain current with skills by attending training classes, independent research, and seminars as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking before small groups.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Creative, analytical, and driven.
- Works under close direction as well as in a team environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 0-2 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or similar environment.
The employee will work in a primarily office setting with occasional visits to the factory floor. The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted, and ventilated. The office noise levels are considered low to moderate, and the factory noise levels are considered moderate. If required, PPE will be provided. May require travel up to 70%.
